The Qingdao Cinema Project uses 9mm flame-retardant polyester fiber sound-absorbing panels with a density of 220kg per square meter.

The whole board size is 2420x1220, which is cut into square plates and oval shapes by laser engraving machine. The panel edges are down graded.

Installation is very easy. The base is an acoustic perforated gypsum board, and the sound-absorbing board is directly fixed on a flat surface with an air nail gun and flame-retardant glue.

Theaters in the Maldives use the D shape of polyester fiber sound-absorbing panels. The construction worker builds a support frame on the flat bottom plate, covers it with sound-absorbing panels, and completes the shape.

Acoustic panels can not only meet the design of flat walls, but also combine different wall structures to realize the creativity of 3D modeling.
